How To Buy Our Inventory
Marketplace Stocklist Process:
- Approved bidders can browse our stock by attribute within our marketplace or can download the entire list, enter offers offline and upload the list for quicker offering on many models.
- Approved bidders are not required to offer on all the Lines, Lots, or full quantity in each listing, but must submit separate individual offer s for each Line(s)/Lot(s).
- Buyer is asked to submit each of their offers on the Marketplace.
- Mannapov will check offers 3 times per day.
- If the offers are at target the Buyer will receive timely feedback and a counteroffer from Mannapov LLC for another opportunity to purchase the desired inventory.
- The Buyer offers will be treated as a Purchase Order (PO). All offers submitted must be valid up to 2 business days after the offers have been submitted.
- On-Hold sales order must be checked out within 2 days of the first initial order date. Buyer will not be able to cancel On-Hold sales orders.
- Request to cancel are subject to restocking fees or termination of Buyer's account. Mannapov LLC will also notify you of rejected offers not accepted within 5 days as a courtesy to the Buyer.
Marketplace Auction Process:
- The auction portions of the Mannapov Market are available only to approved bidders of Mannapov LLC.
- Approved bidders are not required to bid on all Lots but must bid on each separately.
- Buyer’s offers will be treated as a Purchase Order (PO).
- All offers submitted must be valid up to 2 business days after the auction ends.
- Mannapov LLC will respond, within 2 business days. Mannapov LLC will also notify you of offers not accepted as a courtesy to the bidder.
Wholesale Auction Process:
- Approved bidders are not required to bid on all the Line(s)/Lot(s) but must submit separate individual’s bids for each Line(s)/Lot(s).
- Buyer is asked to submit the excel file with only one offer that is their “Best and Final bid “to the specified email address before the ending time of the auction.
- Buyer’s offers will be treated as a Purchase Order (PO). All offers submitted must be valid up to 2 business days after the auction ends.
- Mannapov LLC will respond, within 2 business days. Mannapov LLC will also notify you of offers not accepted as a courtesy to the bidder.

Payment Terms
- Successful Buyers will be notified by email within minutes after you have checkout from cart.
- Purchaser agrees to pay by electronic funds only to Mannapov, LLC within 2 days payment/48 hours (**excluding banking holidays and weekends) upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- Mannapov can only accept payments from bank accounts and/or payment sources that are in the name of the onboarded and approved buyers.
- Failure to remit payment by customer or repetitive late payments, will result in termination of buying privileges with Mannapov, LLC.
Shipping Terms
- Purchased product is FOB (Freight on Board).
- Shipping charges are not included in the purchase price.
- Buyers are responsible for all associated costs with scheduling, shipping and handling, taxes, duties and transit insurance.
- Upon verification of electronic funds transfer and provide your payment has cleared; your purchased invoice will be released to our shipping and handling department.
- Shipment can be organized within 24-72 hours from receipt of payment and precise delivery instructions (*Excluding holidays and weekends).
- All products are shipped directly by Mannapov LLC unless otherwise stated.
- Merchandise remaining beyond 20 Calendar days following the sales order is subject to storage, handling, administrations charges and insurance.
Claims or Returns
Buyer must inform Mannapov of any discrepancies for equipment/ components sold within 15 days of shipping in writing. Buyer will provide Mannapov evidence of any disputed units for inspection and review. Upon evaluation, Mannapov agrees to work in good faith with buyer to promptly resolve any confirmed discrepancies for credit or concession as agreed upon by both parties. All returns shipping charge are waived in writing in advance of such return, or the shipment is returned as a result of the negligence of Mannapov LLC. Customer will be responsible for shipping fees on denied product inspected by RMA Team resulting sold as described and a 20% service fee. All claimed merchandise returned should be accompanied by Return Merchandise Authorization form with matching ESN and WID numbers. Merchandise returned without a RMA # will be refused by Mannapov LLC or shipped back to customer in which case the customer will be responsible for all shipping-related charges. Any and all claims and disputes will be settled through the Texas Court System.
Certification Program:
Mannapov LLC requires that Buyers support Mannapov LLCs ISO14001 Standard and the R2v3 Practices Standard certification programs. Mannapov LLC does not require that Buyers have its own certifications but does require that the Buyers handle Mannapov LLC devices consistent with Mannapov LLCs programs. The Mannapov LLC Certification Programs require documented disposition of Focus Materials, Testing records and Data Destruction. Repair Products
The Mannapov LLC Certification Programs require documented disposition of Focus Materials, Testing records and Data Destruction. Completed Focus Material Provider documents are required for Mannapov LLC to ship Products to Buyers. Data Destruction requires that Buyers shall erase or destroy all data contained on the Products prior to their resale or other disposition. Testing records requires that Buyers shall be able to provide records that indicate both the test procedures used, and the results of those procedures on all equipment sold. Responsible dispose of any e-waste from refurbishing activities by using R2v3 certified recyclers. Certified recyclers can be found at:

As an alternative, wastes such as circuit boards, batteries, LCD’s, and mercury-containing items may be returned to Mannapov, LLC.
Data Containing Product
All product from Mannapov will be cleared of data prior to shipment to buyer. If buyer receives any product containing data, they must notify Mannapov immediately so that Mannapov may inform vendors of the data breach.
Legal Compliance
Buyer represents, warrants and covenants that it will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, statutes, acts, ordinances, rules, codes and regulations, guidance, circulars, executive orders and other official releases of or by any government, or any regulatory or other authority, department or agency thereof, in any applicable jurisdiction anywhere in the world (collectively Laws in connection with the Equipment, including, but not limited to, those applicable to refurbishing, reselling, recycling and any other disposition and/or treatment, use or disposal of used consumer electronics (in whole or in part), environmental, privacy and disposal Laws. At Suppliers request, Buyer shall provide any applicable license or certificate of compliance that verifies Buyer’s compliance with Laws.
Export Restrictions
BBuyer agrees to fully comply with all applicable export control Laws, and will not export, re-export, release, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any commodities, software, or technology, including any Equipment, for any proscribed end-use, to any entity engaged in the manufacture of nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons, or missile technology; or to any proscribed country (including without limitation Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria), entity, or person (wherever located), including but not limited to those entities and persons listed on the U.S. Government's Denied Persons List, Unverified List, Entity List, Debarred Parties List or Specially Designated Nationals List, without first obtaining at its own expense written authorization from the U.S. Government authorizing such export, re-export, release, or transfer.
